Thank you for shopping with Lilian’s Legacy Coffee. We are honored to be part of your daily ritual and are committed to delivering quality coffee, tea, and merchandise to your doorstep in a timely manner. Please review our shipping policy below.
☕ Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM (PST) will be processed the following business day.
Processing times may be extended during promotions, holidays, or product launches.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. A second email with tracking information will be sent once your order ships.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery Estimates
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the products ordered.
Estimated Delivery Times:
United States: 5–10 business days
International Orders: 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may be impacted by carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors outside of our control.
☕ Coffee & Tea Orders
Coffee and tea products are packaged fresh to ensure quality and flavor.
Due to food safety and health regulations, coffee and tea items are non-returnable once shipped.
Fresh packaging may add a short processing window but ensures premium quality in every order.
👕 Merchandise Orders
Apparel and accessories are fulfilled by trusted third-party partners.
Orders containing both coffee/tea and merchandise may ship separately.
You may receive multiple tracking numbers for a single order.
🌍 International Shipping
Lilian’s Legacy Coffee ships to select international destinations.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
📦 Tracking Information
Tracking details will be emailed once your order ships.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly.
❗ Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Lilian’s Legacy Coffee is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your order is delayed or appears lost, please contact us at [your support email] within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We will assist with carrier inquiries when applicable.
🏠 Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please verify your shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered or incomplete addresses.
Returned packages may require an additional shipping fee for reshipment.
